HyoNova lets people from outside your company — clients, candidates, partners, event attendees — meet you, walk into your HyoNova office, or attend an event you host. They never become members of your company, never take a seat on your plan, and only see what you allow.

A Meeting Guest never enters your office world, so a meeting-only guest never needs a Visitor Pass, whatever your plan.

Visitor Pass: $1 per admitted visitor#

A Visitor Pass costs $1 and admits one Office Visitor or one Event Visitor into your HyoNova world. You buy passes in advance, in packs:

  • Valid 12 months from purchase.
  • Oldest first. HyoNova always uses the passes that expire soonest.
  • Never tied to seats. Visitors are not members; passes and seats are separate.

What uses a pass — and what never does#

No balance, no admission — never debt#

When your company has no Visitor Pass left, the next Office or Event Visitor is not admitted. The visitor is told the office cannot receive visitors right now. A host who approves a waiting visitor sees that passes are needed. With automatic admission, the host and the people who manage access who are in the office at that moment get a notice in Notifications with the visitor's name and the way to buy passes; nobody outside the office is alerted, so keep an eye on the pass balance. HyoNova never admits on credit and never creates a debt for visitors. The host can buy passes, or invite the person to a meeting instead — meeting guests are free.

  1. A host creates a visitor link in Company administration › Visitors & Events › Visitor links, choosing the purpose, how long a visit lasts and which areas the visitor may enter. See Visit sessions and Permissions and zones.
  2. The visitor opens the link and stops at the reception: they give their name and any details the company asks for, and accept the privacy notice and visit terms. See Reception and approval.
  3. They are admitted automatically, or wait in the waiting room until the host approves. Admission uses one Visitor Pass.
  4. Inside, they arrive in a visitor area, move only where they are allowed, sit on visitor seats and talk to the people their link allows.
  5. The visit ends when they leave, the host ends it, or its time runs out.

Events#

Events bring many visitors in at once: town halls, client events, product launches, open days and more, with registration, invitations, capacity limits and an attendee list. Each admitted attendee uses one Visitor Pass; people who register and do not come cost nothing. See Events.

Plans#

  • Free plans include Meeting Guests only.
  • Basic plans add Office and Event Visitors, with events of up to 200 admitted visitors.
  • Business and Enterprise plans add advanced visitor controls and visitor analytics, with events of up to 1,000 admitted visitors. For larger events, contact HyoNova through Get help.

Visitor Passes are bought separately on every plan that includes visitors, in Company administration › Visitors & Events › Visitor Passes. See Plans & billing.

Guest links created in People › Guests or Settings › Workspace that let someone into the office are Office Visitor links too: they go through the reception and use a Visitor Pass. See Guests.
