Adding funds needs HyoNova’s Binance Direct Deposit to be connected; the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

HyoNova Balance is money your company holds with HyoNova. You add funds, then use the balance to pay your plan, invoices and every HyoNova product — Mail, Sign, Serene and Visitor Passes. It is not a bank account: it cannot be withdrawn, sent to someone else or exchanged.

It is different from capacity credits (Mail credits, Sign envelopes, Serene credits, Visitor Passes): those are units of a service; the balance is money.

Open it from Company administration › Billing › HyoNova Balance. People with billing.read see it; changing anything needs billing.manage. Employees without billing permissions do not see it.

What the page shows#

  • Available balance — what you can spend now, to the micro-dollar (for example $26.004492).
  • Pending — payments seen on the network that the exchange has not confirmed yet. They are not spendable until confirmed.
  • Total added and Total spent.
  • Crypto payments — open and recent payment sessions, with Continue and Cancel.
  • History — every movement with date, type, amount, balance after, and reference.

Add funds#

  1. Choose an amount. Pick $10, $20, $50 or $100, or type a custom amount within the limits shown.
  2. Open the payment screen. HyoNova shows the asset (USDT), the network (TRON (TRC20)), the deposit address with its QR code, and the exact amount to send — for example 20.003817 USDT.
  3. Send exactly that amount from your wallet or exchange, on TRON (TRC20) only. Copy the address and the amount with the buttons; the QR code holds the address only, so enter the amount yourself.
  4. Wait on the page. It updates by itself: Payment detected, Waiting for confirmation, then Paid. You also get a notice.

The last digits of the amount identify your payment. Anything above the price — those few digits included — stays in your balance.

The 15-minute payment window#

Each payment session lasts 15 minutes at most, measured on HyoNova's clock. When the timer reaches zero the session is expired; start a new payment for a new exact amount. If you sent the money just before the end, it still counts: HyoNova uses the time the exchange recorded your deposit, not the moment it read it.

Partial, extra and late payments#

What happenedResult
You sent less than askedWhat arrived is added to your balance. For an invoice, whole dollars and cents are applied to it; the rest of the invoice stays due and you can pay it with a new payment.
You sent more than askedEverything arrives in your balance; the invoice takes only what it needs. The surplus stays available.
You paid in several transfers within the windowEach transfer is counted once; together they pay the invoice.
Your payment arrived after the session endedIt is added to your balance (Late payment credited to balance). It does not pay the old invoice automatically — pay it from the balance.
A payment cannot be attributed with certaintyHyoNova's billing team reviews it. Nothing is lost.

Pay with HyoNova Balance#

Wherever you pay — a plan, an open invoice, a Mail or Sign pack, a Serene Boost or Visitor Passes — a HyoNova Balance option appears when your company holds a balance:

  • Pay with HyoNova Balance pays everything when the balance covers it.
  • Use my HyoNova Balance and pay the rest appears when the balance is not enough. Only when you choose it, HyoNova spends what the balance holds and opens a crypto payment for exactly the rest. Nothing is taken without this choice.

Purchases go through a normal HyoNova invoice; capacity is added once the invoice is paid. Invoices paid from the balance show HyoNova Balance as the payment method (and Funded via crypto balance when the money came from a crypto deposit).

Automatic renewal#

Turn on Automatically use HyoNova Balance for renewals to pay renewal invoices from the balance. A renewal is paid only when the balance covers the whole invoice. If it does not, nothing is taken and you receive HyoNova Balance not enough for renewal with the amount — add funds or pay another way. It is off until you turn it on.

Refunds#

When HyoNova refunds a payment made from the balance, the money returns to the balance immediately. If the purchase was a capacity pack, the matching unused capacity is removed. HyoNova never sends crypto back automatically; a repayment outside the balance is arranged with the billing team.
