A payment method appears only after HyoNova has set up its payment provider.

HyoNova offers four ways to pay for your plan. Each one is handled by a payment provider that HyoNova sets up; a method appears for your company only when its provider is ready.

A fifth provider, Stripe, is built into HyoNova but Disabled: it is not offered to companies.

Which methods you see#

When you choose a plan, HyoNova lists each method as available or not, with the reason when it is not — for example the method is switched off, or its provider is not fully set up. Methods are also limited by currency: a provider only takes the currencies configured for it.

A company has one subscription. While a card subscription renews automatically, choosing another plan changes that subscription; it does not start a second purchase. With PayPal the new plan starts at the end of the period you already paid for.

Manage your card#

For a card subscription that renews automatically, Payment offers to manage the payment method. HyoNova opens a short-lived, secure session at the payment provider, where you update the card. HyoNova never builds this link in advance and never sees the card number.

For bank transfer and crypto there is no stored payment method: you choose how to pay each invoice.

What HyoNova stores about a card#

Card details are entered only on the payment provider's page. HyoNova keeps only what the provider reports back to show you which card was used: the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry month and year. It never receives or stores the full card number or the security code.

Payments list#

Payment lists every payment for your company with its method, provider, amount and currency, status (pending, processing, succeeded, failed, canceled, refunded or partially refunded), the refunded amount and, for a failed payment, the reason the provider gave.
