Commercial catalogue

The commercial catalogue is the single source of truth for what HyoNova sells. The plan chooser in Company administration, the public pricing, the capacity store and checkout all read it — prices, quantities and validity are never written into screens. Operators edit it in Control Center at Payments & billing › Commercial catalogue, on the tabs Plans, Prices, Products, Commercial settings, AI rate cards and AI workflows. Plan modules and entitlements are edited in the plan editor (Plans).

Permissions and safeguards#

Every change asks for a step-up and a reason, is audited with its before and after state, and carries the version you loaded: if someone changed the record meanwhile, you are asked to refresh.

Plans#

• A plan is self-service or contact sales. Checkout refuses a contact-sales plan with ENTERPRISE_REQUIRED, and refuses any self-service seat checkout at or above the Enterprise seat threshold.
• Plan entitlements carry the commercial limits: the seat cap (max_users, Free only), worlds, storage (limit.storage, limit.storage_per_seat), meeting length (meeting.max_minutes), recording (feature.recording, recording.uses_per_seat_month), the lifetime promotional ceilings (mail.promo_lifetime_credits, sign.promo_lifetime_envelopes, serene.trial_credits) and the monthly Serene allowance (serene.included_credits_per_seat).
• Older plans (starter, education, workspace) are hidden from the public choosers and stay active for the subscriptions that hold them.

Price versions#

A price has a stable key (for example price.business.usd.month), a version, an amount in minor units, a currency, an interval (month, year or one time), a model (per seat or flat) and an effective from date.

• At most one version of a key is current at a time.
• The list shows, for each version, how many subscriptions hold it and how many provider price mappings it has. A payment provider that bills from its own product catalogue needs an active mapping of the new version before it can sell it; see Payment providers.
• Currencies. Prices are in USD. A price in another currency exists only if you publish it explicitly under its own key; HyoNova never converts between currencies.

Products#

One-time products are priced through the same price table, checkout, orders, invoices and payments as plans.

The seeded products are the Mail packs (10K to 1M credits), the Sign packs (25 to 1,000 envelopes), the four Serene Boosts and the AI Support Employee with its two capacity packs, which are coming_soon. Editing a product never changes capacity already sold: each purchased lot keeps its own quantity and expiry. The catalogue also shows each product's paid sales per currency.

Commercial settings#

The usage warning levels for monthly Serene capacity are 70, 90 and 100 percent.

AI rate cards#

A rate card is the internal vendor cost of one model, effective from a date: input, cached input and output prices per million tokens, and optional prices per tool call, web search, audio minute, speech-to-text minute, 1,000 characters of speech and agent minute — all in micro-USD. Each model has a tier: efficient, standard or advanced.

• Publishing a new card for a model ends the previous card at the new card's start, so past usage keeps the price it was metered with.
• A model without a card is priced at its provider's most expensive card — or at the most expensive card of any provider when its provider has none — so an unpriced model never runs for free.
• Rate cards are never shown to customers; companies see Serene credits only.

AI workflow policies#

Every AI feature runs under a workflow policy. A request that would break it is stopped and its unused reservation returned.

Disabling a workflow refuses new runs with This AI workflow is not available. The assistant and AI Employee workflows exist for when those products ship; nothing runs them today.
