What is HyoNova?

HyoNova brings two things together that most companies run in separate tools:

A spatial workplace. A shared 3D office in the browser where your team appears as characters. You see who is around, walk over to talk, meet in a room and share your screen — the way you would in a real office.
A company operating system. The people, work, customers and finances of your company, in a clean dashboard that you can also open from inside the office.

The office is where the day happens. The dashboard is where you go for deeper planning and administration. Both show the same company, the same people and the same data.

Who HyoNova is for#

HyoNova is built for teams that work together but are not always in the same building: remote and hybrid companies, agencies, software teams and growing businesses that want one place for their people, their conversations and their work. See Use cases for examples.

It is not a game, and it is not a traditional ERP. The 3D office exists to make presence and conversation feel natural; the company tools exist so the office is connected to real work.

What you can do today#

With a HyoNova workspace you can:

Choose one of twelve office templates and enter it in your browser — no installation needed.
Invite your team by email or with an invitation link, each with a role. Invited people join your company in one step.
See who is available, walk up to colleagues and talk with spatial voice.
Send direct messages, start group conversations, call a colleague or hold a meeting with screen sharing.
Plan work in My Work and in projects with a board, a flow, a timeline and a calendar, set goals, and get reminders and notifications for what is due. See Work.
Keep a list of customers, upload company files and follow company reports.
Invite visitors with a guest link — only to meetings, as a workspace visitor or as a collaborator — and approve them when they arrive. See Guests.
Run your company in Company administration: custom roles with a permission matrix, departments, working hours and the audit log. See Company administration.
Send email campaigns and transactional email with Hyo Mail.

What is coming#

Serene AI, omnichannel marketing, company-wide automation workflows, payroll, meeting recording and transcripts, two-step sign-in, a public API beyond Mail and a mobile companion are planned. None of these are available yet, and there are no release dates. Continue with Google is built and appears once it is set up for HyoNova. HyoNova Support is in Beta: website chat and tickets work today, and WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger need setup. See Coming to HyoNova.

What you need#

A current desktop browser with WebGL enabled. HyoNova is tested most with Chrome and Edge.
A screen wider than 600 pixels for the 3D office. On phones, HyoNova shows a message instead of the office; a mobile companion is planned.
A microphone and camera only if you want to talk or use video. You can enter without them.
