This page lists everything you can use in HyoNova today. It is generated from the same registry as every status badge on this site, so it changes when the product changes.

HyoNova is in early access. You can create a company and use it with your team now. While features are verified, some carry the Beta or Preview status, which tells you how settled they are. A feature marked Requires setup is built but works only once a supporting service is configured — for example Continue with Google. Nothing on this page is a promise about the future — planned features are listed separately on Coming to HyoNova.

What the statuses mean#

Status	Meaning
Available	Works today for workspaces whose plan includes it.
Beta	Works today in early-access workspaces. Behaviour and limits may still change.
Preview	A first, limited version you can use today. Important parts are still missing.
Requires setup	Built, but works only after a supporting service is configured for your workspace.
Coming soon	In active development. Not available in HyoNova yet.
Planned	On the HyoNova roadmap. Not built yet and has no release date.

A few features also depend on your plan. For example, guest access, video, screen sharing and the Mail API are plan features; seats, office worlds, storage and meeting length have limits set by your plan; Sign and AI features use capacity included with your plan; and Hyo Mail uses Mail credits — one credit per recipient email — with no monthly allowance and no daily sending cap from your plan. Invitation and guest links can always be copied and shared directly, even if an email does not arrive. See Email delivery problems.

Guest access presets	Beta	Meeting only, Workspace visitor and Collaborator presets with advanced options for rooms, chat, devices and files. An office guest whose link allows meetings can join a meeting the host shares in the visit chat, but the app has no button to share a meeting yet. A Meeting only link does not lead into a meeting yet; to invite someone to one meeting, use the meeting's guest invitation.
Host approval for guests	Beta	Guests ask to join and a host lets them in or declines.
Promote a guest to employee	Beta	Turn a trusted guest into a company member, with an audit record.

Office Visitors	Beta	Clients, candidates and partners visit your HyoNova office within the areas you allow, one Visitor Pass per admitted visitor.
Visitor Passes	Beta	Prepaid passes at $1 per admitted Office or Event Visitor, in packs of 10 to 1,000, valid 12 months; meeting guests stay free.
Visit sessions	Beta	Each admitted visitor gets a bounded visit with free re-entry that ends on its own.

HyoNova Sign requests	Beta	Send PDFs for electronic signature to signers, approvers and copy recipients, in sequence or in parallel, with expiry, reminders and an optional email code. Simple electronic signatures with an evidence trail; not a qualified (QES) or advanced electronic signature.
Signature field editor	Beta	Place signature, initials, date, name, text, checkbox and other fields on PDF pages, assign them to recipients, and position them with the mouse, keyboard or exact values.
Signature templates	Beta	Save a prepared request as a template and reuse its documents, roles and fields for new requests.
Signing without an account	Beta	Recipients sign from a secure email link or inside the workspace, with an optional email code, a consent disclosure, drawn, typed or uploaded signatures, and decline with a reason.
Sealed completion evidence	Beta	A flattened signed PDF, a bilingual certificate of completion, document fingerprints, a hash-chained activity record and a sealed evidence package. No trusted third-party timestamp yet; it shows 'Not configured'.
Public verification	Beta	Anyone with the verification link can confirm a completed record and check a PDF against it in the browser, without uploading it.
Departments and working hours	Preview	Organise members into departments and set company working hours. Departments can be added and archived; renaming and assigning members are not available yet. Working hours are saved but not used by other features yet.
Deals	Preview	See your company’s deals with customer, amount and status. Read-only list. Creating and moving deals from the dashboard is not available yet.
Finance overview	Preview	Invoices, payments, expenses and receivables ageing in one place. Read-only lists. The 'This month' cards can stay empty when your device time zone differs from the company's.
Customer invoices and payments	Preview	Draft an invoice for a CRM customer or deal, issue it, and record full or partial payments against it. Payments are recorded by hand. HyoNova does not collect money from your customers.
WhatsApp in Support	Requires setup	Receive and answer messages on your company's WhatsApp Business number, with approved templates outside the 24-hour window. Works after HyoNova sets up its Meta connection and your company connects its own WhatsApp Business number; until then it shows 'Not configured'.
Instagram in Support	Requires setup	Receive and answer direct messages on your Instagram professional account. Works after HyoNova sets up its Meta connection and your company connects its Instagram account; until then it shows 'Not configured'.
Messenger in Support	Requires setup	Receive and answer messages sent to your company's Facebook Page. Works after HyoNova sets up its Meta connection and your company connects its Facebook Page; until then it shows 'Not configured'.
Support email	Requires setup	Forward your support address to HyoNova and answer emails as conversations, in the same thread. Needs inbound email on HyoNova, which is not switched on yet; until then an email channel shows 'Not configured'.

AI#

Serene credits and AI budget	Beta	One pooled Serene credit balance for every AI feature: monthly included credits on paid plans, Boosts, warnings and an owner budget cap. Serene credits are used by the Serene assistant (questions, Ask Serene, voice, chats with AI Employees) and the Mail AI designer, which work once HyoNova connects an AI provider. AI Employees are paid separately.
Serene AI	Requires setup	Ask about your company in plain language and get answers with sources, within your own permissions, in a private conversation. Built. It answers in early-access workspaces once HyoNova connects its AI provider; until then Serene says it is not available, and nothing is simulated.
Ask Serene from your work	Requires setup	An Ask Serene button on customers, support conversations, projects, tasks, files, meetings and agreements, and “Ask Serene about …” in search. Shown to members who can use Serene. Answers need the AI provider HyoNova connects.
Talk with Serene	Requires setup	A Talk button in the Serene panel starts a voice conversation. The microphone is asked for only on the click, and voice only looks things up. Shown only when HyoNova has connected a voice-capable AI provider and your company allows voice conversations.

Online billing and payment	Requires setup	Choose a plan, pay by card, PayPal, crypto or bank transfer, and change, cancel or resume your subscription inside HyoNova. A payment method appears only after HyoNova has set up its payment provider.
Pay by bank transfer	Requires setup	Pay a HyoNova invoice by bank transfer with a unique payment reference, in full or in parts, and upload proof of payment. HyoNova confirms each transfer when it arrives; it is not instant.
HyoNova Balance	Requires setup	A money balance with HyoNova: add funds with USDT on TRON (TRC20) and pay plans, invoices and products from it, in full or with the rest by crypto. Adding funds needs HyoNova’s Binance Direct Deposit to be connected; the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Google Drive files	Requires setup	Link the Drive files you pick to projects, tasks and customers. Files stay in Google Drive; HyoNova keeps a link, never a copy. HyoNova must set up its Google application before anyone can connect.
Microsoft OneDrive files	Requires setup	Link chosen OneDrive files to projects, tasks and customers. Files stay in OneDrive; HyoNova keeps a link, never a copy. HyoNova must set up its Microsoft application before anyone can connect.
GitHub	Requires setup	Link repositories to projects, and issues and pull requests to tasks, read-only. A merged pull request never closes a task by itself. HyoNova must set up its GitHub App before a company can install it.

Developers#
