Company administration › Billing › Invoices lists every invoice for your HyoNova subscription, newest first. People who can read billing see it; paying an invoice needs permission to manage billing.

These are invoices from HyoNova to your company. Invoices your company sends to its own customers are in Finance.

Statuses and amounts#

StatusMeaning
OpenIssued and waiting for payment. Amount due is the total minus what has been paid.
PaidPaid in full.
VoidWithdrawn by HyoNova before any payment, or replaced (for example a checkout you canceled).
UncollectibleHyoNova will not collect it.

Each invoice shows its subtotal, discount, tax, total, amount paid, issue date, due date, paid date and, for HyoNova invoices, the payment reference. Amounts are in the invoice currency; HyoNova never converts currencies.

Open the document#

  • HyoNova invoice: opens a printable page in English or Arabic (right to left). Use your browser's Print to save it as a PDF. It shows HyoNova's legal details, your billing details, the lines, totals, the status and — while the invoice is open and paid by bank transfer — the bank instructions and payment reference.
  • Payment provider invoice: opens the provider's own invoice document.

What never changes on an issued invoice#

Once a HyoNova invoice is issued, its number, currency, amounts, payment reference and issue date are fixed. Your billing details and HyoNova's legal details are copied onto the invoice when it is issued, so editing your billing profile later changes future invoices only. Only the status and the amount paid move.

Tax#

HyoNova invoices do not add tax: no tax rule is configured, and HyoNova does not calculate tax on its own invoices. The document says "No tax was charged on this invoice." For card payments, FastSpring handles sales tax as the seller of record, and its invoice shows it.

Pay an open invoice#

Open an unpaid HyoNova invoice and choose how to pay: bank transfer (see Pay by bank transfer) or crypto, when available. Paying the invoice in full starts or renews the subscription for the period on the invoice.

Notifications#

People who manage billing are told when a HyoNova invoice is issued, when it is due soon, when it is overdue and when it is paid. For card payments they are told when the payment is received or fails.
