Control Center › Operations › Visitors & Events shows how companies use visitors across the platform. It needs billing.read. It shows counts and company names only — never a visitor's name, email, profile, messages or files.

Visitor Pass sales#

One row per currency: paid purchase orders of Visitor Pass packs this month, the passes sold and the revenue. Currencies are never added together — there is no invented exchange rate.

Open Visitor Pass balance#

Unused, unexpired passes held by companies, and how many companies hold them. Passes are prepaid, valid 12 months and used oldest-expiry first; this is not revenue still to collect.

Companies#

Companies using visitors most lists the companies with the most admissions this month and how many of their visitors are inside now. Select a company to open its page — plan, wallet and support history.

Abuse signals#

A company appears under Abuse signals when it has more than 5,000 event registrations in a month. Event invitations are platform access emails, limited to 500 addresses per request and 2,000 per event per day, but registrations from public links are worth reviewing before raising any limit.

Visitor Pass products#

Visitor Pass products opens the commercial catalogue on its products tab, where the Visitor Pass packs (10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 passes at $1 each) are priced like other credit packs. Price changes follow the catalogue's own rules.
