The product map shows everything HyoNova covers, grouped the way the product is built. Every item links to its page, and the coloured dot next to it shows its status today.

How to read the map#

Two pillars#

HyoNova has two main pillars that share one company:

• Spatial Workplace — where people meet and work every day. It covers the 3D office and presence, spatial voice, meetings, chat and calls, files, the office builder, characters and guests. Most of this pillar works today; several parts are in Beta while they are verified in early access.
• Company OS — where the company is organised and run. It covers people and company administration, work (projects, tasks, planning views and goals), customers, sales, finance, reports, Hyo Mail and marketing, payroll, support and automation. Most of People, Work, Customers, Finance, Reports, Hyo Mail and HyoNova Support work today, several of them in Beta or Preview; omnichannel marketing, payroll and company-wide automation are planned. The dots on the map show the status of each part.

The two pillars are not separate products. The same members, roles and records appear in both, and the company workspace opens from inside the office. See How HyoNova works together.

The Serene layer#

The foundations underneath#

Below both pillars sit the parts every feature relies on:

• One account and one company. You sign in once; your company owns its members, offices, work and data.
• Roles and permissions. Five built-in roles — Owner, Admin, Manager, Employee and Restricted — plus custom roles your company defines, checked on the server for every request. See Roles and permissions.
• Company isolation. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. See Security.
• Managed media. Voice and video for spatial voice, calls and meetings run on a media service that HyoNova provides.
• Email delivery. HyoNova sends invitation and password emails, and Hyo Mail sends your company's campaigns and transactional email. You can always copy an invitation link and share it yourself.
• Integrations. The Hyo Mail API, with API keys and signed webhooks, is the first public interface. The Integration Hub (Beta) connects Google Drive, OneDrive, GitHub, Slack and Microsoft Teams from Company administration. See Developers and Integrations.
