Visitor analytics

Company administration › Visitors & Events › Visitors overview shows how your company receives visitors. Anyone who can see visitors (owners, admins and managers) sees these figures.

Overview#

Meeting Guests are not counted here; they are free and appear with their meetings.

Visit history#

Visit history lists every visit, newest first, and can be filtered by status (waiting, active, ended, declined, ended by host) and by event. Each visit shows the visitor's name, email and company when asked, purpose, kind (office visitor, event visitor or meeting guest), host, event, when they entered and left, how long the visit lasted, the meetings, files and Sign envelopes counted for it, its status and its Visitor Pass state: Used, Returned, Free or none.

Event figures#

Each event shows registered, invited, admitted, in the world, left and declined counts, the Visitor Passes it used, and the pass estimate. Expected people who have not come show as Not arrived yet while the event is ahead or running, and as No-show once it has ended or was cancelled. The attendee list exports as CSV.

What each visit records#

Each visit keeps the rooms and zones the visitor actually reached, how many meetings they joined from the visit, how many files they shared, and the Sign envelopes linked to it. Areas are recorded when the visitor walks in, not when a link allows them; the visit history table shows the counts, not the list of areas.

Analytics by plan#

Counts (active now, waiting, today, this month, passes used and the pass balance) are shown on every plan that includes visitors. Visitor analytics — average visit length, top purposes and event no-shows — are part of Business and Enterprise; on other plans those cards say which plan includes them.
