Pay by bank transfer
Pay a HyoNova invoice by bank transfer — the bank instructions and payment reference, partial payments, uploading proof, and how HyoNova confirms the money.
HyoNova confirms each transfer when it arrives; it is not instant.
With bank transfer you pay HyoNova from your own bank. HyoNova issues an invoice with the bank details and a unique payment reference; when the money arrives, HyoNova confirms it and your subscription starts or renews.
Pay#
- Choose bank transfer. On Plan, choose a plan and price and select bank transfer. Or open an unpaid invoice on Invoices and pay it by bank transfer.
- Read the instructions. HyoNova issues the invoice and shows: beneficiary, bank, IBAN or account number, SWIFT/BIC, intermediary bank when there is one, the currency, the amount due, the due date, HyoNova's payment instructions and the payment reference.
- Transfer the money. Send the amount due from your bank in the invoice currency. Quote the payment reference (it looks like
HN-7KQ4-M2XP) so HyoNova can match your transfer. - Upload proof (optional). Attach the bank's confirmation to the invoice (below). It helps HyoNova find your transfer faster.
- Wait for confirmation. HyoNova confirms the transfer when it reaches its account. You get a notice, and the subscription becomes active for the invoiced period.
The bank details are HyoNova's configuration, shown only to your company (on your checkout and invoice) and to HyoNova operators. The invoice document also prints them while the invoice is open.
Partial payments#
A bank transfer invoice can be paid in several transfers. Each confirmed transfer reduces the amount due, and the invoice stays open until it is paid in full. The subscription activates or renews when the last part is confirmed. HyoNova does not accept more than the amount due on one invoice.
Upload proof of payment#
On an open HyoNova invoice, people who manage billing can attach one file per upload — a PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 10 MB — with an optional note. HyoNova operators see it next to the invoice. Proof does not mark the invoice paid; only HyoNova's confirmation of the money does.
Due dates and reminders#
- The due date is set when the invoice is issued (14 days by default; HyoNova sets the term).
- Reminders go to people who manage billing when the due date is near and again if the invoice becomes overdue.
- An unpaid checkout by bank transfer expires with the invoice's due date.
Renewals#
Bank transfer subscriptions do not renew automatically. Before the current period ends, HyoNova issues the renewal invoice (with a notice), and you pay it the same way. If it is still unpaid when the period ends, the subscription becomes past due and a grace period starts; see Subscription and plan changes.
Refunds#
A refund of a bank transfer is a repayment: HyoNova sends the money back to your bank and records it with its bank reference. You get a notice when it is completed.
