This page shows where to go when something does not work or you have a question about HyoNova.

Find an answer yourself#

Most answers are already in this documentation:

• Troubleshooting — the messages HyoNova shows and what to do about them: sign-in, invitations, guest links, voice and video, loading the office and email delivery.
• FAQ — short answers about what HyoNova does today and what is not available yet.
• Known issues — problems we already know about, with workarounds.
• Available in HyoNova today and Coming to HyoNova — whether a feature exists yet. A feature marked Coming soon or Planned is not a fault.

Use the search at the top of every page. You can open it with Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac).

Ask your workspace owner or admin#

Your company's owner and admins manage your workspace in HyoNova. Ask them when you need:

• an invitation, a new invitation link or a different role;
• a guest link, if your role cannot create one;
• guests to be allowed in your offices;
• to know which features your company's plan includes.

If you are the owner or an admin, see Admin for what you can manage yourself.

Contact HyoNova#

A public support contact for HyoNova is not published yet. When it is available, it will be listed on this page. This page does not list an email address or phone number on purpose: be careful with any message that claims to be HyoNova support and asks for your password. HyoNova never needs your password to help you.

When you report a problem#

Whoever you report a problem to, include:

1. What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
2. The exact message on screen, and the Reference code if HyoNova showed one.
3. The date and time, and your browser and device.
4. Whether you were in the office or in the company workspace.

Never share your password, and do not share invitation or guest links publicly.

Feedback on this documentation#

At the bottom of each page you can say whether the page was helpful. Page ratings are not collected yet, so nothing is sent when you answer. If a page is wrong or missing something, tell your workspace owner or admin.
