How HyoNova works together

HyoNova is one company, seen from two places: a shared 3D office where the day happens, and a company workspace where you plan and administer. Both read the same people, the same work and the same records. This page explains how the parts connect, and marks clearly which links work today and which are still planned.

The big picture#

Your company starts with people. Each member appears in the world — your office — where they meet and talk through communication: spatial voice, chat, calls and meetings. Conversations turn into work: projects and tasks. Work serves customers, and customer activity feeds finance. Support conversations attach to the same customers, and marketing will join the same chain.

The world and the dashboard#

HyoNova gives you two surfaces for the same company:

Surface	What it is for	Examples
The world (office)	The daily surface. Presence, conversation and quick access to your work.	See who is around, walk over to talk, meet in a room, open Your work at your desk.
The company workspace	Deeper planning and administration in a 2D dashboard.	Invite people and manage roles, create projects, review customers, finance and reports.

You do not have to choose one. Inside the office, the left rail opens the same company areas — Home, People, Work, Customers, Meetings, Files, Finance and Reports, depending on your role — in a side sheet next to the 3D view. Some areas show a summary there, with Open in company workspace for the full page. The Company workspace button at the bottom of the rail opens the full dashboard, and Return to the office brings you back.

How the parts connect today#

People and the world#

Every member you invite appears in the office with a character, a nameplate and a status (Available, Away or Do not disturb). Roles decide what each person can do, both in the office and in the dashboard. See People and Presence.

The world and communication#

The office is where conversations start:

Walk up to someone and talk with spatial voice, if you both turned it on.
Click a nameplate for Message or Call.
Stand in a meeting room and choose Meet here to start or join a meeting in that room.

Meetings produce action items#

A meeting has notes, a chat and a Files tab. The host can turn a note into a task with Create task, so a decision made in a meeting lands in Work instead of staying in someone's memory. See Meetings.

Work appears in the world#

When you sit at a desk in the office, Your work appears. It opens the Work area beside the office, so you can check your tasks without leaving the space. The Work area in the dashboard shows the same projects and tasks, including My tasks. See Work in the world.

Files are shared across contexts#

The company Files area is available in the dashboard and from the office. A meeting also has its own Files tab for material shared during that meeting. Company permissions apply everywhere. See Files.

Reports read company activity#

Reports calculate their figures from your company records: open tasks, invoiced amounts, payments received and expenses. Nobody types the numbers in twice. See Reports.

Support conversations reach customers and work#

HyoNova Support (Beta) links each conversation and ticket to the customer in Customers when the customer is known for certain, and an agent can turn a ticket into a task in Work or start a live support meeting from it. See Working the support inbox.
