Tutorial center
Step-by-step tutorials for setting up HyoNova, inviting your team, running meetings, managing projects, guests and roles.
Tutorials walk you through one complete job from start to finish, in the order you would do it in HyoNova. Each one uses the words you see on screen and says who can do each step. Where a step depends on something that is not available yet, the tutorial says so instead of skipping over it.
If you want a short path for your role instead, see Guides by role.
Start here#
The first tutorial takes a new company from sign-up to its first meeting and first project. It links to the other tutorials when you reach their part.
People and access#
Bring your team in, decide what each person can do, and let visitors into your office.
Invite your first team
Invite colleagues with a role, share the invitation link, follow each invitation and see what your colleague does to join.
Configure roles and permissions
Review the standard roles, invite with the right one, create a custom "Team lead" role, adjust its permissions, assign it and verify it.
Manage guest access
Allow guests, create a Workspace visitor link with host approval, let your visitor in, chat, end the visit, revoke the link, promote a guest, or invite someone to one meeting.
Everyday work#
Meet in your office and keep work moving.
Run your first meeting
Start a meeting from a meeting room or from Meetings, let people in, share your screen, turn notes into tasks and end the meeting.

Run a project in HyoNova Work — team, milestones, tasks, dependencies, board, comments and files, timeline, team workload and reports — until it is complete.
Your office#

Before you start#
- A company workspace. Most tutorials assume your company already exists. If not, start with Set up HyoNova for your team or Create your company.
- The right role. Some steps are only for owners and admins, or for managers. Each tutorial says so at the step. See Roles and permissions.
- A desktop browser. The 3D office needs a screen at least 600 pixels wide and WebGL. Meetings need a microphone only if you want to talk.
Coming later#
These tutorials will be added when the features they depend on are ready. They are not available today.
For everything that is on the way, see Coming to HyoNova.
